Personal information: You can update your address and contact information. Manage your banking and direct deposit information. Updating this information is very important and it is easy to do.
Buyback balance: If you are paying for prior service, a period of leave, or a probationary period through a buyback, this will show you how much you have left to pay. It is updated every pay period.
Service and Salary History: You can see the reported amount of your pensionable service as well as your pensionable salary. That information is updated by your employer every year.
Beneficiary Information: Information about your beneficiaries can be added and updated online. It is very important we know about changes to beneficiary information and it is easy to make them.
Client ID number: Your personal member identification number is conveniently displayed on mypensionplan.ca.
Pension payments: As a retired member, you can update your direct deposit details, view the dates of upcoming pension payments, and see your pension payment history, including deductions.
Pension option: You can review details of the pension option you selected at retirement. (The option cannot be changed once a benefit payment has been made.)
Cost Of Living Adjustment: You can see details of the annual adjustments to your pension payments.
