Member One-on-One Information Sessions

A one-on-one information session with a LAPP pension specialist might be a good fit for you if you're:

• Retiring in the next two to three years; and/or
• Need help understanding your pension options.

These sessions are available at our Edmonton and Calgary office locations, as well as over the phone and virtually using Microsoft Teams.

You can book a one-on-one session online by logging in to Your Pension Profile, or by calling our Member Services Centre at 1-877-649-5277.

• Sessions are 30 minutes long, and available dates and times are listed in the booking calendar found on Your Pension Profile.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the session booking is confirmed.
   

Prior to your one-on-one session, please log in to Your Pension Profile and use the Pension Projection Calculator to produce a pension estimate with a retirement date that you would like to discuss.

• Our one-on-one sessions are conveniently held over a dedicated phone consultation or a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams;
• Sessions are 30 minutes long, and available dates and times are listed in the booking calendar found in Your Pension Profile; and
• A virtual meeting invite will be sent to your email once the session is confirmed.
